Original Acrylic Art on canvas board with a gloss finish, approximately 8"/20cm square. This is an interpretation of Brigantia (i.e, Brigid), the goddess of the Britons or Celts as a whole and Minerva/Athena parallel (Likely linked also with Britannia, as Minerva would be with Roma). In keeping with Minerva/Athena parallel I chose to depict her in a stylised dusk/dawn sky to emphasise her place between night and day, much like Athena's owl.
