This pewter pendant is based on a Viking age lead alloy find from York. It is very similar to a number of gold pendants probably manufactured in Denmark and found in Hiddensee, Germany, which gives its name to this type.

The York pendant is missing a lot of fine detail and so we used a find from Tolstrup, Denmark for reference.

The dragon heads are pewter, and the hanging loop and chain are stainless steel.

The length of the chain is approx. 50cm for the standard length

The standard version weighs approx. 115g.
