Handcrafted lararium in wood for your altar and rituals. Example shown us my personal lararium, and I am using this as a template for orders on demand. The mural is entirely your choice, as is the finish and colour of the wood. I opted for a natural wooden look as much as possible bar the back wall. I decorated it with a plaque based on the "gorgon" at Bath. You could opt for a similar mural featuring lares but it's up to you, I am happy to work with anything appropriate and iconography-based.

The Lararium was used in Ancient Rome as a house shrine and for ancestral rituals. It was usually placed on some kind of plinth or pillar, but you may use it as you please on a suitable altar. I am happy to work in aspects relevant to your own ancestry if you have any particular reference points to work with.

I am adding the option of an attachable draw beneath the shrine. I have not added this to my one, but it would be straightforward to add as a base for the house that allows you to store ritual trinkets, essential incense, etc..

These are all made to order. It is quite involved and I am always working on commissions so please keep this in mind when ordering.
